Judging a Cord

I understand when our cars are being judged we are not to be watching or near by. Then after its been thru the judging we are given some information and a points on what was found. Say a given car gets a 70 point score. Is anything told on the sheets so the owner can "fix" what they got marked down for? If not I need to ask why. I'm in no way complaining or wanting a 100 points car. I want to drive my car when I want to. I don't feel I want to drive it in the rain, snow or on salted roads either but I want to drive it. Thanks for helping me understand more about judging and these cars. Your helping me restore my car for other to see and enjoy.
