810 window cranks

You push in the plate around the crank and with a small nail or punch push the pin out of the crank.

Hi,
I'd like to spray paint the handles on my window cranks but prefer to remove them, rather than mask the whole intrior of my car. Sooooo, how do I get the darn things off.
