After getting the interlock lever going again, the Cord shifts, remaining problem is a "crunchy"upshift into 4 and downshift into 2.
Interlock switch is adjusted to within a hair, neutral switch is centered.
Clutch switch(replacement part) as low on the clutch as it will go.
Tried restricting vacuum into 2 and 4 but no result.
