I also have an EE-15 with a manual choke on my early '36 Westchester. And the linkage is hooked up and works; as does the "gas" linkage.
Hopefully, more owners will respond.
Tim.

EE15 Carb Choke Question was created by 1748 S
I have an EE15 carb on my FB engine and it does not have an electric choke. It only has the mehanical choke with all the hopefully correct linkage. Did this carb come this way from the factory or was it something added later or deleted on. I do have it connected to the dash choke lever and happy for that too. Makes for a nicer start done manually. I like being in control of the throttles and choke when warming up. Makes me feel like a pilot..LOL
