The line up disc is soldered in place. Heat it up and turn it to the desired location. It will not hurt the bulb a bit

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

Pete, Is this your problem?

As far as I know the one on the left is a APF bulb for chrysler, the one on the right for other makes. What you need depends on the fitting in your reflector.

Gents- I have headlight reflectors which I think are correct and fit my car nicely, have the parking lamp hole on the bottom of the reflector and three sprung posts around the main center hole. I have several bulb types with corresponding holes in a base flange. My problem is when the bulbs are inserted and turned in place the high/low filaments are horizontal, creating wall images side by side.

What is the correct bulb that when inserted the filaments are aligned vertically?

This is driving me nuts and I hope someone can help!
