Bob had at least one other Cord, unrestored, years before he obtained the black SC. I visited him in '67 and/or '68 while studying at Wright Pat and saw a Cord or 2 Cords plus other stuff including an airplane in one of Bob's garages.

Happy to see that the car was purchased by a club member. Totally agree with the comment about any car with a little dust on it being a barn find these days Mike.

Any car with a little dust on it is a "Barn Find" these days, and most Corvette's are "Survivors". I have some of both in my garage.
That is dusty and still here.

Bob Gheen's car is a S/C Custom Beverly. This is a standard wheelbase car.
