The Vanderbrink folks have just started populating the online (ProxyBid) auction catalog. We are offering three Cords and a supercharged engine in the auction. The photo albums below are hosted on my own website (not the auctioneers). Each one of the vehicles is being offered as a single auction lot (i.e. car, engine, transmission, and all parts). The engine includes all of the internal parts, heads, intake manifold, and supercharger. The repaired block is shown as well as I can in the included photos. I'll happily answer any questions about the items included in the information below and truly hope these cars end up in the hands of folks who will love them as much as my dad.

I completely agree with the idea of a mechanical restoration and drive it as is. Theres history in every scratch & patch.. Why cover that up...

How fun would it be to restore that car mechanically, and run it as is.

I recently created a new photo album for the 1936 Cord 810 Phaeton we are offering in a Vanderbrink auction on October 19, 2013 in Farmington Minnesota. The car with all of its original parts will be in a single auction lot. The car is in very nice shape and includes (I believe) every single part.

A little better photo of my Dad's 1936 Phaeton we are going to auction on October 19, 2013. We have located every part of the car and are offering the entire vehicle as a single auction lot. The car has been stored inside since 1952 and is in amazing shape. It includes the original engine and transmission and a complete convertible top mechanism (the top material is in rough shape).
