Cowl Vent Parts

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationAs I have posted before, my cowl vents were removed and a metal plate was welded in place of them. Not braised but full welded in plates. I have over the years been able to buy two new vents but I have nothing else. So this vent comes up on ebay and I want to know if any parts are missing. I was once told there is a spring refered to as a banana spring thats part of this vent. So please look at this ebay offer and tel me if you know of any missing parts. Thanks ever so much for any help...
