My 1937 Cord FB engine has an Autolite IGHP400611Q distributor in it with a cap that is a IGH63. Its a very old cap and I believe it to be an original cap. All the plug wire connections are marked with a letter and cylinder number... Like L3, R1, L4 etc. I know this is getting confusing as to whats correct. Hopefully others will chime in with more information. I will be watching this post...

Many thanks for your replies gents. I might have to look into getting a new distributor before anything else!

I have a new never used cap, cover and knob for the top. The cap part number is IGH-29. The cover number is IGH 30. These are the brown caps and covers just like what you are bidding on. The cap wire location numbers are from about 1 oclock position and ending up at the 11 oclock position are.. 7 4 1 6 2 5 8 3...

I've got an Autolite distributor (IGP4002) that came with my Cord. Is this the correct distributor for FB engines?
Aside from having the distributor, I'm missing a distributor cap, but have found one on eBay. The link is below.
cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... _500wt_922
Is this the right cap for the distributor?
Many thanks in advance.
