There are no curent ACD Club members listed in the Directory to ask.

What Is It? was created by Terry Cockerell
I found this rather odd looking picture in Google Images. It appears to be European and to have borrowed a Cord bonnet or hood.
The picture dates from 1938 consequently the design was probably inspired by the 810 812 Cord.
Anybody know what it is?
