Agreed Mike. But the parts have an interesting appearance showing plenty of age. The casting quality looks very high.

It is a reproduction brass piece. I am not sure how old the newspaper is.

It is brass. It is a reproduction and it looks great. Just needs chrome and it is ready to go.

Don't think they had green foam rubber in the 1930's, or philips head screws.

That's a nice treasure you found. I do not have a Cord convertible so I do not require this but... Its very interesting as to NOS or reproduction. Would like to know and especially would love to unwrap the news paper looking for dates and articles on it.

Hello fellow ACD club fans,
I was at an auction a little while ago and saw this windshield. I was not paying attention as much as I should have. I thought that it looked like an Auburn boattail windshield. After bringing it home and looking at it closer I realized that it is a cord sportsman or phaeton windshield. I am looking to sell it as I only have Auburn automobiles. I am asking 1500+shipping to your destination or your best offer.
