Do you know the axle ratio? Best to know so you are not disapointed.

I do not know the ratio, but it was installed in an identical car and it performed great.

Who are the Columbia axle  experts? This is supposedly from an Auburn V12, but was adapted many decades ago to fit a 1932 Franklin. The spring perches, and shock mounts have been moved to fit the Franklin. It has Franklin brakes.  I plan to reinstall it into my 1932 Franklin. It had been setup to shift manually using a lever on the floor. I crawled under an Auburn 12 at Hershey and saw a bunch of hoses connected to the axle and a switch on the dash to shift it.
What are my options for a clean, reliable install into my Franklin?I would also like to find any info regarding servicing and maintenance on this.
