My Cord came from Uruguay in the mid-seventies. It has the next engine number FC 2882. The serial number is an extrapolated guess--32115H. Oddly, my car, too, was painted red. Now it is Geneva Blue.

Herve Salmon's '37 Cord Phaeton in Brazil -APRIL 2005 UPDATE was created by Picture Gallery
These pictures are from a 1937 S/C Cord Phaeton I found in Brazil. The documents I got show that the car was driven until 1951. From then it changed hands three times but never rolled again. I am starting the restoration process now, the objective being to bring it back as close as possible to the original.
April 2 005. Update
I do not have a car anymore...Completly dismantled.
I could check my numbers though! :Model 812 - Serial # 32112 - Engine FC 2881- Frame 1112
Now a few picture of my frame, as you can see, besides a couple of minor cracks it bears very well its 67 years of age!
As my restoration goes on, I will post more pictures."
