Was this pricy gift a gift from struggling Auburn or could it be a thank you present for the loss of this officer in this 1930's Indiana crime spree to show moral support to the community

After graphics designer JODI ELLIS helped me recreate the ISP logos to exacting detail, club member MIKE BUTLER of DISKEY SIGNS made us SIX sets AT NO CHARGE!
