Auto World of Fulton, MO

Digging through my computer today, I found some photos I took a couple of years ago at Auto World, a museum in Fulton, Missouri, run by the Backer family. The museum is still in operation, although since they switch out cars occasionally I'm not sure if these two are still on display.

First, a "Duesenberg." Don't look at it too long, or you may turn to stone.



In all fairness, they were honest enough to clearly label it as a neoclassic. Still...jeepers.

A few rows away was this very-much-authentic L-29 Cabriolet.



The cars were all dusty and didn't appear to have been run all that recently, which is a shame. Still, not a bad diversion if you happen to be passing through Fulton.
