I am not a fan of whitewalls, but if I had a set of those tires I would run them.
I suppose a 16 inch rim with shorter spokes would give that handsome phaeton a lower more modern look. look.

Not to mention the pic is taken in front of a VOGUE tire store next to an Oakland San Francisco sign.

I am sure the factory never installed them .This photo is probably Ballack /Johnston the San Francisco dealer taken photo.R

It is a great photo ! I never knew the factory installed 16" wheels on 32's.
