The car also had a much longer generator belt. You can see it was moved over in the mounts and the adjustment bracket under it to the timing cover appears to have been lengthened a few times. Probably the owner some years back might not have been able to buy a correct belt length. So the bracket was made to fit a different belt. I still would like to have purchased this car for what it was. A convertable Cord...
