Vintage car and classic car garages in PA, NJ, NY

There are two very good shops. Rich Fass, The Stone Barn Classic Cars and Steve Babinsky, I don't remember the name of his shop. Both shops are located in the Northwestern part of New Jersey. Both are very good shops and do top quality work. Both have had Pebble Beach winners.

Dear Fellows,
a couple weeks ago I visited some friends in Philadelphia and New Jersey, and because of I am considering moving there, I tried to find some serious and professional working classic car and vintage car repair shops in this area, specialized in high quality restoration and maintanance of classic and vintage cars.
I wasn´t able to find much.
Are there any recommendations for such restoration shops around Philadelphia, New Jersey and NewY ork State? Not only for ACD Cars, Prewar Cars and US-cars, also for classic Mercedes Benz and other European cars?
