Mike - that's the one! Spot on! Don't they look great?
John - sounds great. I'm sold. I think they'll look flash on my '37 Westchester.
Mike - glad you liked it. It's an expression not everyone gets. I take it you guys have 'Keen's' mustard in The United States too.

The Goodyear's with the bands ride and handle nice too (and I recall them being fairly round as well verses some other brands of tires I have purchased) - I installed a 6:50 x 16 set on my 1935 Auburn 851 Sedan (in 2006) and they are still going strong in the hands of Craig Birkhold.
Sidenote: you may have to reduce size for just the sidemounted spare tires in an 851 Auburn to get work under proper sidemount tire covers (or you may be able to reduce air pressure in spares) - Our Car had nice tires for spares so I did not have to go down this road, though I always seem to be battling spare tire cover fit on other cars. I have actually even had to grind a little off the edge of the tread on one occasion.

Hello from chilly Sydney,
Can anyone tell me the name/brand of the whitewall tyres with the stepped concentric white rings? The rings don't really stand proud but are distinct. I'd be mustard for a set.
I've seen them on a few Cords but can't quite find out who makes 'em.
