Hi Bill,

Think about south eastern/centeral PA.
1. The winters haven't been bad lately (we are still waiting for it to show up this year.
2. Choose your hosipitals & airports...Philly, Allentown, Harrisburg, Baltimore.
3. I don't think you'll find more car activities.
4. Choose your house and barn...or build one.
5. ...you can't win them all
6. We have what the Easterners call mountains. But they aren't bad enough to make the old cars groan.

Besides I could use a "younger" club member in the area that liek to drive the cars.

But if your house is going on the market, I'm sure you've already decided where you are moving to.

Good luck.

Jim

Barboursville, West Virginia. Less than 8,000 residents, close to big cities but small enough to be comfortable, average weather (90-degree summers, 30-degree winters, pleasant fall and spring), rolling hills, houses going up constantly. :D

OK, so I just want a well-known car collector living within walking distance of my house. Can you blame me? :D

Good luck on the home search.

Shelli and I are preparing our house for sale in University Park, Texas. We would like to hear your ideas on the best places to live given the following requirements:

1) Mild climate
2) Close to good hospitals and a big airport (40 miles or less)
3) Close to lots of car activities
4) Moderate-size house & large car barn
5) Low property taxes & little or no state income tax
6) Wouldn't mind seeing a mountain or two
