In brief, they were purchased by Norman DeVaux in 1938 at the bankruptcy sale of the Auburn Automobile Company. He sold them to Hupp (along with his own services), which used them to create the Hupp Skylark. Hupp wasn't managing, so they entered into a deal with Graham-Paige to produce the Graham Hollywood with the same body. Both cars, with different chassis and engines, came down Graham's assembly line. Both stopped making cars in 1941.
