Certification Transfer

Certification is issued to the car and the owner. When a car is sold the certification laspes. THe new owner has one year to request the certification be reissued in their name. The Club and Certification team has the right to request the car go thru the pre-certification checks before the new certification is issued - this is usually done on cars that have been restoed since the original certification was issued or cars that were certified a long time ago.
