Look for anyone who makes horse tack, bridals reins, etc. They should be able to make what you need.

Leather strap for mirriors was created by ss504
I had a lead on a guy that was supposed to be making them. He had advertised in Hemmings a while back. Sent him my information and spoke with him several times. Haven't heard from him in a few months and seem to have lost his contact. Any help on a source for the straps would be appreciated.
