If it fits the packing nut I'd say it COULD be for a Duesenberg but I remember these pumps as having serrated circumferences and used a matching wrench. However,in the past 85 years all kinds of changes have probably been made.

Water pump Nut Wrench was created by Mick56
I picked up this wrench at a garage sale that had lots of old tools. All the wrench says is Water Pump Nut. On Google, I found a pic of a wrench that looked similiar, and it said it was for a Duesenberg J. Can any one tell me if the wrench is for a Duesenberg? The jawsa are 1 7/16" wide. Thanks.
