Confirming above, I reached out to the eBay seller on Monday morning after 2 auctions ended to hopefully prevent shipment. Police are involved and one suspect was arrested, but there were others involved. I’m still trying to recover an L-29 dash and a few other parts that had already sold and shipped. Thanks all.

The ebay "seller" sent me a photo of the thief handcuffed, and heading for jail.

Am pleased to see this come to a CORRECT ending. Parts to be returned and bad guy goes to jail.

Just had an email "conversation" with the ebay seller. He is not a member of this forum and wanted me to convey that: "according to him, the 5 grand has been returned to the Mascot buyer and ALL parts are being returned to the rightful owner. The thief has apparently be arrested."

Duesenberg Model J parts, along with parts to other cars, were stolen from me and are being posted on ebay for sale . If you see these parts listed for sale please do not bid or buy them and please tell anyone you know that may be looking to buy them. I'm trying to recover what I can but that is obviously not easy to do. Thank you
