Stan Gilliland may have some: Address: 1400 N A St, Wellington, KS 67152
Phone: (620) 326-7751

A company called White Glove Collection was just bought out and is now again selling mirrors on ebay - they use to have.

Or, a good horse saddle shop or farm implements store.

Thanks John,
Don’t need them now I got two extra plus I dyed them and they look good.
Three look much better then four.

Looks good with the 3 straps verses 4.

If you need new straps, you may want to look for a saddle shop (for horses) in your area or perhaps a farm implement store that deals in collars and harnesses for animals. Unfortunately, mirror manufacturers are few and far between theses days and there may actually be none currently - through 1970's to a year ago there was always someone (or two plus someones) making reproduction mirrors, but not now. Stan Gilliland at may carry them still though via older stock.

Look better Mike, glad you pointed that out, that is what was on the car when I got it.

Sidenote: when installed you may want to carefully glue something to the back of the strap that cannot be seen - so straps or whatever is glued on will not discolor the whitewall

Usually me see three straps on L-29, not four.

If you have an example just take it to a good saddle shop where they make saddles. But without a sample you may end up with something not so nice looking..

Straps for sidemount mirrors was created by Rlamb10769
Does anyone know of a source for leather straps that hold the mirrors on the sidemounts?
Thanks,
