This is what I did for a front License plate on the 1930 Franklin. I am not sure if from the 1930's period or through 50's. This one was original in black with the white lettering and I had green ones with white lettering on the other cars when my parents use to live in Jacksonville. they show up on ebay periodically.

Thanks Gary,
I did everything except the pinstriping and upholstery, but I did replace all the cotton stuffing with foam rubber on all the door panels.
The car wasn’t real bad when I started but after taking it totally apart it was worse then I thought. I think the original restoration was done about 30 years ago.

When you say L29.. You say classic looks... PERIOD... What shop did this restoration or did you do the major work yourself. I'm not an L29 expert but this has the appearance of a fine well done example of what is correct to my eyes. You can be proud of this car.
