I happen to be getting ready to reline the brakes also. I was just out on the McMaster Carr sight and I see brake lining in 3/16 to 3/8 thicknesses. I am going to guess that 1/4 is what I am needing.

Thanks Mike, I did not think of Roade Island wire for the brake line cover.

One brake hose, chassis to rear axle. I use electric wire loom that can be bought at Roade Island wire or other wire loom suppliers.

Ok I have two questions for everyone out there.

1) How many brake hoses belong on a L-29
2) Is there someone that makes the cloth covering that goes over the brake lines.
