This wonderful picture shows one of the extremely rare Factory built hard topped Cord coupes parked in West 18th Street Connersville. I assume the doorway behind the car was a dispatch exit as a number of other pictures showing Auburns were taken in the same location. During the Special Meet held in Connersville in August 2019 we parked a nicely restored Cord on loan from the Connersvile Museum in the exact same spot. It was quite an exciting day.
Note that the building has been sheeted over and the doorways modified but the location is unmistakable.

Thanks mate, this shows everybody exactly what is there. The street is quiet now but back in the late 20s and 30s it was buzzing with action and the sound of brand new Auburns and Cords.
