Gary I found JK Howell's directions. 1. Remove release bearing guide and remove 1/4" to 9/32" from face 2. reinstall guide. 3. install two seals into hole in clutch housing , in front of guide. lips facing transmission. Grease sealing lips and use care when installing transmission.

Our 810 812 Cord clutch throw out bearings ride on a sleeve. We can purchase two seals from Stan so I did. No directions other what is printed in the catalog telling to "some machining required"....My question is which end do I machine so the seals fit? I suspect its the end that bolts to the bell housing differential wall behind the clutch n throw out bearing. Any ideas?
