Hi,
Attached are pictures of the hand brake clamp installed on my 812 Phaeton. The clamp is on the driver's side between the front spring hanger and the axle. The pictures are views from the front, side and rear, respectively.

Hi Gary. I have never seen these before but it is obvious how they are fitted.
I wonder when the Factory started using them?
After reading Section R of the Engineering Changes the clamps were not fitted to early 810s like my Cord ................................... interesting.

Hand-brake cable clamp to rear spring was created by wynlaidig

Does anyone have a photo showing how the hand brake cable is attached to the rear spring? Page 37 of the engineering changes (Section R, dated 2/17/37) describes clamp #R10939 which attaches the cable to the 3rd section of the rear spring cover. But it's a bit confusing. A picture would be very helpful.
