that would supply parts waiting for payment later. Who knows. Mine looks different from this one you posted pics of Terry.Terry Cockerell wrote: After finding the attached Onlinesbi sudoku incometaxindiaefiling picture of a Cord tool kit and roll on the Internet I decided to replicate one however I have a few questions.
1. What are the overall dimensions of an original tool roll when laid out flat?
2. Are the tools shown in the attached picture correct ?
3 What does the outside of the tool roll look like?
4. The wheel bolt spanner in the middle of the roll appears to be about 1 ft long. Where as I have other information that shows the spanner to be 16" long.
I would appreciate any comments on this so that I can make a good reproduction.

Regarding the tool bag roughly scaling it the Cord wheel wrench probably just fitted diagonally in the bag along with the rest of the tools supplied and quite possibly the jack mechanism. The jack base and shaft were strapped in place under the back of the spare wheel in the trunk. For economics it makes sense to put the tools in one bag and the Factory was certainly counting the pennys.
Thanks again,
Terry

It would make sense to use the same tool bag as the Auburn.
Cheers,

One can only conclude that the Custom Beverly was an early late production car or maybe somebody just added the jack along the way ............................................. who knows?
Besides so far nobody seems to know what was definitely inside the Cord tool kit.

Terry says the "early Cord jack" was of the threaded rod variety but only used on the early cars. That pic he shows is of my jack that came from a very original S/C custom beverly.

Attached is another information sheet that I have. It describes the jack and wrench as being supplied to early production cars and then a screw jack was supplied to later cars.
