I have a photo of an original GCO generator from Mark Tomei that has it's original black tag on it. Some argue that they were also red, but according to Mark they should be black.

GCO ID Tag was created by 1748 S

I have seen several Autolite GCO 4804-A generators and wondering what the correct color of the ID tag is supposed to be. I suspect it is black but have also seen red ones. Thanks for any information...
