Cowl Vent Part

This is the arm that opens and closes the cowl vents.It is riveted under the lip of the cowl seal sheet metal. The handle slides on this and the main spring attaches to it for tension. I need 2 of them is anyone has some. I probably can fabricate them but not really wanting to do this.Thanks for any help.
