Those wheel opening patches are tricky to get right.
I find that rounding off the corners on patch panels minimizes warpage.
Keep the pictures coming

Now I have to remake the exhausts holes in the wings, a club member would have a drawing to make the bezel
And what is the diameter of the exhaust cover

Yes the car was fitted with a supercharged fence by previous owner, I do not have the standard fence so I'll leave it with the supercharged fence and exterior pipes but without supercharger on my engine.

The price includes sales tax so the pair of heads costs $2580.00. The tax takes the cost to the @2800.00 amount.

My heads are great. I have had no trouble with them. While you have the engine available I would clean up the intake and exhaust ports by grinding off bumps and smoothing out all the ports. You can also match the manifolds to the block to make a smoother transition. This is called porting here in the USA and can make a better running engine which I believe mine is.

Re-borred + 0,60
The block is in good condition but the cylinder heads bought with the car are in very bad condition, corroded and cracked.
Where can i buy new cylinder head at correct price?

Tig welding on corroded aluminium is funny, yes very hard to do a beautifull welding and aluminium welding is not my speciality.
I still have a lot of work to adjust the headlights cover.

Tig welding old corroded Aluminium is fun right?
Be sure to get those headlight openings spot on and checked with covers working. It will save you a lot of swearing when the car comes together.

I HAVE VERY MUCH ENJOYED VIEWING YOUR POSTED RESTORATION PROGRESS
PHOTO-IMAGES AND COMMENTARY. YOU ARE DOING BEAUTIFUL METAL WORK FOR WHICH YOU DESERVE GREAT PRAISE.
MY RESPONSE TO YOUR POSTED THREAD IS PRIMARILY MOTIVATED BY MY SHAME THAT YOU SEEM TO HAVE BEEN SOLD A "BILL OF GOODS" BY A SELLER IN AMERICA WHO MISREPRESENTED THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE YOU BOUGHT. THE IDENTITY OF THE SELLER FROM WHOM YOU PURCHASED THE CAR IS NOT KNOWN TO ME BUT I KNOW MANY FELLOW CLUB MEMBERS IN THE STATES OF OKLAHOMA AND MINNESOTA. MY FEELING IS THAT YOU DESERVE AN APOLOGY FROM ME AS AN UNINVOLVED AMERICAN FOR THIS SITUATION. WHILE CAVEAT EMPTOR IS ALWAYS APPLICABLE TO ISSUES OF COMMERCE ,I THINK YOU WERE POORLY TREATED. MY APOLOGIES TO YOU AND WE ALL LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR CONTINUING PROGRESS IN THIS CORD CUSTOM BEVERLY RESTORATION. COULD YOU SHARE THE SERIAL NUMBER DATA FROM THE CAR? SINCERELY, JONATHAN RICHARDS IN MISSOURI, U.S.A.

Meanwhile, please re-post your picture with these "arrows" and also label each arrow as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (and 7?). Then I will provide you the measurements for each labeled arrow.
I hope this will help you.
Also, in which city are you doing your work?
Best wishes,
Albert
