THEY DEFINITELY MAKE A6 VOLT OPTIMA. YOUR BATTERY DISTRIBUTOR WOULD PROBABLY BE BEST TO ANSWER OTHER QUESTION BUT I WOULD THINK ONE BATTERY SHOULD BE ADEQUATE IF THE REST OF THE SYSTEM IS IN GOOD ORDER.

Hi all!
Following Josh's advise, after a long search and a longer wait, I finally managed to bring over here an Optima for my 810 Phaeton.
My unit has the following specs
Optima Red Top
6Volt
Part No 8010-355
CCA(EN) 815
AH 50
Spiral Size 2.11
I have two questions:
1. Is this the only 6v Optima available? I was told that?s all they have.
2. 50 AH seem not too much, even though 815 cranking amps are three times more than what my conventional battery had. So, is the Optima I got strong enough for the 810, or will I eventually need two of them, connected together?
