This is basically correct. The trumpet jamb nuts are cadmium but usually painted over. Some brands also have the carriage fasteners that hold the motor to the trumpet plated and painted over.

Hello again !
Trying to figure out what is black and what is cad plated on horns, brackets and U-bolts on a 37 Westchester.
Are the following black:
* horn, inc. adjustment screw on rear and jam nut at start of trumpets
* bracket inc. all attachment nuts / bolts
Are following cad plated:
* U bolts and nuts
