This is a correction and rewrite of my earliest post:

Jack Richards pored over Joe Knapp's engineering manual for me and after discussion we both agree that the original paint is most likely Palm Beach Tan (slightly brownish off-white). Again, anyone else feel free to chime in, that's what this forum is here for.

Does anyone have a set of color chips that were used on the 36 Cords. The original color is still on some of the firewall of my Westchester. It appears to be a off white, not cream,and not grey. Did Cord use the same colors that Auburn used?
