Welcome.
There will be several Cord Westchesters in the ACD area of the Palo Alto Concours on Sunday, June 25. Come down and see how they are put together.

812 Floor Pan Replacement was created by ACORDIAN
Hi I'm a new idiot with my first CORD Westchester which has of course had a very hard life. Twenty ? years ago rusted out floor pans were replace with floor boards 6 to 8 inches above the original level.
I'd of course like to replace weld in replica boxes (I know those are available) ..my question is does anyone have detailed info about how to best approach this task...like dimensions ? Weld out or in ?
Anything you would be willing to share with me so that I don't have to
completely re-invent the wheel would be deeply appreciated.
