Driving a Cord was created by AceCollins
When I was nine-years-old I saw my first Cord 810. I bought a post card of the vehicle and vowed to have one someday. I am fifty-two now and my dream has been realized. I recently has the good fortune to purchase a 1936 Cord 810 Westchester from Mr. Hal Klassen of Vancover, Canada. Mr. Klassen is a true gentlemen and I feel so blessed to have his car now in Texas. The paint is old, interior is original, but it runs and drives so very well. For me it is a thrill to add this Cord to go with our 34 Auburn 652Y sedan. I will need lots of tips, a few parts and some patience as I come to know the car. Looking forward to learning from you all and sharing with you the old girl that now calls the Collins' household home.
