Pete, you are so fortunate to have a great friend and mechanic in Doug Conrad. After meeting both of you at your homes in Canada, I was impressed by your huge inventory of CORD parts and Doug's shop. Doug's acheivement with both of his CORD's over the years in faithfully driving them to Auburn, is no small testament of a seasoned CORD technician. Hope to see the car soon on the road.

Pete, my warmest congratulations. I am working on the body of my 812 phaeton in Brazil and will soon start to work on the engine. Last time the engine run was 1950...I can?t wait for the day I will hear its first roar in 55 years.

Fantastic! After all these years I share the excitment that you & Doug must have felt when it "fired up"! You both probably did the "toyota jump"!
Expecting to see you both in Auburn.
