I could not find anything suitable when I reassembled my top frame after rechroming. The original rivets were chromed brass. How they were chromed after they were assembled and peened is a mystery. I don't see how the complete assembly could be chromed in one piece. I made new rivets out of stainless. When buffed they look like chrome.

Look up Barrel nuts.  That should give you a good idea of what is out there.
