I found the problem to be a short in the relay box cover. Now I have headlights!

Thank you for the reply. Shortly after posting my problem I found a short in the replay box cover. A little cork gasket material solved the problem!

Hello Jeff, you may have a poor connection in the switch or the wiring and when a load is applied it causes the volts drop to near zero. If you do not have time to trace the fault you could run a temporary circuit for your night time event.

Headlights stopped working was created by JEFF.SIGLER
My 810's headlights stopped working suddenly and I can't figure out the issue. I've purchased replacement 6v H6006 bulbs which is what was in it and none of the four I purchased work. I tested the voltage at the terminals and I'm getting 6+ volts at all three connectors. The fuse is fine. Any clue what could be wrong? I'm driving my niece at her wedding and really need the lights!
