It's not the same. As I recall it has a hinge toward the rear section that allows it to drop down at an angle toward the spare. I thought I had info from Rick Hulett that showed the basic outline but it only covered the Westchester and Phaetons which used the same basic board with relatively small modifications.

Gary I have no idea if the Beverly shelf was deeper. Looking at pictures in Google Images the Beverly may have a hinged section to increase the depth which will fold back to allow the spare wheel to be removed.
Quite a few years ago I made a drawing of my Westchester shelf.

what are the dimensions for the spare tire shelf in a Beverly sedan? Is it the same size as the Westchesters?
