Front wheel axle - gimbal ?

Tightening might help but... Behind the brass piece is the seal. You probably need new seals. But do try to tighten this brass ring. To replace the seals is a big job.

Hello,

I don't know the exact name in english for that piece, making the join between the front wheel and the shaft.

Anyway, one is full of grease and the other not. How should this be ?

My feeling is that I have to tighten the one that is losing oil. True ?
