I have a spare unrestored Startix, starter solenoid works, will have to check restart solenoid if I can figure out how.

Hi, Curt. Thanks for the quick reply. I got a note back from 1748S and he doesn't have one. I bought a 36 Westchester a few months back and attempting to get it back to original mechanical condition. Please check your stock and see if you have one you could sell me. If it is not restored, I am sure someone on the forum (maybe you) that could point me in the right direction.

Sadly I do not have a spare. Might try Randy Ema. And ask if he has a spare. I did check ebay because the startix was found in the Pierce Arrows, Auburns and of course the Cord cars. Maybe a few others.

I have restored several Startix units and posted pictures of the before and after pictures... But our search brings up nothing. I suspect my pics did not make it over when the club changed web sites... I did have these pics and another member asked if I could locate and share them. Hope these don't get lost in the neverland of ACD lost information. If we share then it stays for a lifetime. If we don't share it dies with us...
