Well I made some search and found that it seem like Auburn were the only car that came from the factory with those particular Brake Drum style using this "Felt" type of grease seals; they are so damp of oil that this is surprising that nobody had already found an alternative for this problem, Thank You...!!

34-36 Auburn did not use rubber plugs (covers) to plug the brake adjusting holes. Metal snap in covers were used.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

The brake backing plate rubber covers can be gotten at NAPA, and it is best to replace the spindle seals with modern seals. measure housing and shaft size and check with a bearing Co.

I need to replace the (2) front Brake Drum's Grease "Felt" Seals and in the Auburn Factory Parts Book they are part number: E 60579.
I also would like to get 4 small rubber Cover for Brake Back Plate Inspection ( Adjusting) Hole part number: E 10458. Thanks for anny lead to find those parts...!!
