Contact the museum.

I want to thank you for your help and the manual. I did call Frank Cek and talked with him. I agree that he is very knowledgeable about Lycoming engines from the late 1920's on up. He was not able to help me with earlier Lycoming engines from the early 1920's. I sure hope someone is learning his trade to keep history alive. I am hoping this book will help us early Gardner owners as I plan to make a copy of it for the Gardner Club and the AACA. Any other information would be greatly appreciated.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThe Auburn Instructions for care and maintenance might be useful, if it is the same as the 1927 instructions it shows engine clearances and other useful information.

You can start by calling Frank Cek
You might end up having him do the engine rebuild, he's the Lycoming expert

Service and tech manuals. was created by pgb123
I do not own an Auburn but do own a 1924 Gardner Tour Delux. I am seeking an engine rebuild manual or any technical date for the Lycoming engine that was used in the Auburn and Gardner. The lycoming engine for the 1926 Auburn was the Auburn 4-44 Lycoming CF 206 CID engine. The 1924 Gardner was a lycoming CE 212 CID.
I am a member of the Gardner Club and have been to the AACA forum looking for information. So if anyone does have any techinical data on the Lycoming engines please help out your Gardner automobile cousins! Thanks
