Thank you for your replies. Interesting idea about adding 2 cycle oil for additional lubrication. I had also read about adding a similar amount of diesel for similar results.

Curt, I will be contacting you about the ignition components.

Thanks again,
Ben

I run ethanol fuel in all of my cars from 1910 to 1967. Have no problems. Don't use any additives. But I run all cars from hundreds to thousands of miles every year, and drain fuel in winter except 60's cars with no drain. Just another opinion.
CORDially Mike

Thanks for your input. That seems to be the easiest approach to take.

I've been removing the ethanol from my regular gas. Simple method shown on you tube

I have been dealing with a company called CLASSIC CARBURETTORS in Beenleigh, Queensland for carburettor and fuel pump parts.
The company advised me to stear clear of any fuel with Ethanol as it is corrosive to the fuel systems on our classic cars.
Just my 2 cents worth, from Down Under.

I will put my vote with Mike Huffman !

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
Be of Good Cheer
