CORRECTION ON THE CORD TIMING CHAINS - The standard timing chains are 1 1/4" as Gary said. The timing chain gears are 1.285" wide. The Supercharged timing chains are 1 3/4" wide. The S/C timing chain gears are 1.780" wide.

The supercharged Cord chain is 1 1/2 inch wide with 1/2 inch pitch. The non supercharged chain is 1 1/4 inch wide with 1/2 inch pitch. They are the same length or link count. Of course the gears are different width from supercharged is 1 1/2 to non supercharged at 1 1/4. I can't offer much on the Auburn chains because there is a 6 cylinder, a 8 cylinder and a 12 cylinder. EGGE machine shop offers a replacement chain made by another manufacture. Original chains were Whitney and some appear on ebay sometimes.

Was hoping someone could give me some information on the different widths of timing chains for 36 Auburn S/C and non as well as S/C Cord and non supercharged Cord timing chains
